How do I restore my subscription after reinstalling the app?

Open the app and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find VinoPrep, and tap Cancel Subscription.

Can I use VinoPrep on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID on any device and restore purchases to access your subscription.

My progress was lost after updating the app. What happened?

Study progress is stored locally on your device. It is not synced to the cloud and is not recoverable if the app was deleted or the device was reset. We recommend keeping the app installed between study sessions.

I was charged but the app still shows the free tier. What should I do?

Try Settings → Restore Purchases first. If the issue persists, email us at vinoprep.support@stockguard.app with your Apple receipt or Order ID and we'll sort it out.
