How do I restore my subscription after reinstalling the app?
Open the app and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID or Google account and will be restored automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple (iOS): Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find CompTIA Exam Prep, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Google (Android): Open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions, find CompTIA Exam Prep, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Can I use CompTIA Exam Prep on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account on any device and restore purchases to access your subscription.
My progress was lost after updating the app. What happened?
Study progress is stored locally on your device. It is not synced to the cloud and is not recoverable if the app was deleted or the device was reset. We recommend keeping the app installed between study sessions.
I was charged but the app still shows the free tier. What should I do?
Try Settings → Restore Purchases first. If the issue persists, email us at comptia.support@stockguard.app with your Apple receipt or Google Play Order ID and we'll sort it out.
